Sox' Vaughn hits two home runs in second rehab game originally appeared on NBC Sports Chicago
In his second rehab game with the Triple-A Charlotte Knights, Chicago White Sox outfielder Andrew Vaughn hit two home runs.
Vaughn put the Knights on the board first with a shot deep into left-center field in the bottom of the first inning. The Knights are playing their third game of a six-game series against the Indianapolis Indians.
Here's the second solo drive into left field:
Vaughn was sent to Charlotte Tuesday to begin his rehab assignment Wednesday after suffering from a right bruised hand on April 29 against the Los Angeles Angeles.
The 24-year-old was hit in the right hand by a pitch thrown by Angels reliever Mike Mayers in the ninth inning of that game.
Vaughn went 0-for-4 during Wednesday's game.
