Meghan Markle Receives Epic Invitation From White Sox

Soon-to-be royal Meghan Markle has reportedly been spotted in Chicago, and bets are being taken on the name that will be given to the new baby of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Normally the Chicago White Sox aren’t the biggest fans of Royals (sorry Kansas City), but in this case, they’re making a big exception.

Actress Meghan Markle, who attended Northwestern University, is reportedly in the Windy City this weekend as her wedding with Prince Harry rapidly approaches, and in a photo taken of the star, she is apparently wearing a White Sox cap.

Naturally, the Sox used the occasion as a chance to invite the future royal to Guaranteed Rate Field, and even made up some jerseys for the occasion:

Eagle-eyed observers will note that the jersey numbers, 5 and 19, stand for the date that the couple will be married later this year.

Markle’s official title has yet to be determined, but reports are swirling that she could become the Duchess of Sussex when the couple is wed in May.
