Chicago Cubs to Take on Colorado Rockies in Wild Card Game

Both teams lost divisional tiebreaker games on Monday

The Chicago Cubs will host the National League Wild Card Game on Tuesday night against the Colorado Rockies.

The Cubs, who lost to the Milwaukee Brewers in a tiebreaker game for the National League Central title on Monday afternoon, will host the game because of their superior record this season.

The Rockies had a chance over the weekend to clinch the National League West, but a loss to the Washington Nationals allowed the Los Angeles Dodgers to pull even, and L.A. ended up winning a one-game tiebreaker for the division title on Monday.
