Stanley Cup Visits Wrigley Field

The world champion Chicago Blackhawks gave baseball fans a glimpse of Lord Stanley’s Cup on Tuesday night. NBC Chicago’s Natalie Martinez reports.

Lord Stanley's Cup paid a visit Tuesday evening to Wrigley Field before the Chicago Cubs took on the Cleveland Indians.

Patrick Kane did the honors of carrying the Cup to the pitcher's mound before Jonathan Toews threw out a ceremonial first pitch.

Members of the Blackhawks and the Cubs also took time for a photo with the cup in front of a packed crowd.

Earlier, the Cup was at a rooftop party at Forward Patrick Sharp's nearby Wrigleyville home. That was after a busy night at the United Center, a visit to The Mid nightclub and 437 Rush restaurant.
