City, Youth Football Team Spar Over Insurance

The Chicago Park District doesn’t want the Shabbona Saints in Shabbona Park, arguing, among other things, that the youth football team doesn’t have the proper insurance. But team officials contend that’s not the real reason they’re not wanted, and say they have the same insurance policies as other teams in other parks. Carol Marin reports.
