Rutherford Addresses Dried-up MAP Grant Money

Illinois Treasurer Dan Rutherford tells NBCChicago he hopes the legislature will address the issue of dried-up Monetary Award Program funds for college-bound students. “I’m not sure that chapter of the book is completely closed yet,” he said. “The General Assembly will reconvene today down in Springfield.”
