Illinois Races: Elliot Richardson for 10th Congressional District

Business owner Elliot Richardson is runninng for U.S. Congress for the 10th District.  The civil rights attorney is a founding partner of Horwitz, Richardson and Baker which represents small business owners.  He also serves on the Board of Directors at several community organizations that serve children, according to his campaign site.

He was raised in Morton Grove and attended Niles West High School.  He went on to graduate from Bradley University and later worked as a residential group home counselor for troubled teens.

During law school at the University of Dayton, Richardson worked for former Democratic Congressman Tony Hall of Ohio, and the Montgomery County Public Defender's Law Office, according to his campaign site.
