Ruff Rider: Skateboarding Bulldog Wows

Decker, a slobbering, skateboarding dog is a hit on the streets of Salt Lake City. The bulldog has been skateboarding on the streets of Salt Lake since he was five months old. He’s now 18-months old, weighs in at a hefty 69 pounds, and is pretty much a superstar in his neighborhood.
