Person of Interest in Case of 4 Missing Men Arrested a 2nd Time

Cosmo DiNardo, the person of interest in the disappearance of four Bucks County men, has been arrested on a second charge. Police have taken DiNardo into custody for allegedly trying to sell Tom Meo’s car after he went missing on July 7. NBC10’s Deanna Durante has the details.
