Peeping Target Employee Arrested for Photographing Woman in Dressing Room: Deputies

A Target employee in Santa Clarita was arrested for allegedly taking a photo of a woman while she was in a dressing room. Kate Larsen reports from Santa Clarita for the NBC4 News at 11 on Saturday, Nov. 15, 2014.

Sherriff’s deputies arrested a Santa Clarita, California, Target employee who allegedly took cellphone photos of a woman in a dressing room stall.

Ricky Alexander Torres, 21, was taken into custody about 6:45 p.m. Friday at the store in the 19100 block of Golden Valley Road after the woman told store employees she caught him snapping photos of her, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department officials.

Target loss prevention officers detained Torres until deputies arrived.

Sheriff’s officials said Torres was booked on charges of peeping into changing room with electronic device. He was being held on $10,000 bail and set to appear in court Monday.

Target said it was investigating the incident.
