Sled Hockey With Heart: Rico Roman

Army veteran Rico Roman knows a thing or two about medals. A Purple Heart recipient after losing one of his legs to an IED in Iraq, Rico found his way on to the 2014 US Sled Hockey team where he was able to capture a gold medal in the Sochi games. Now with PyeongChang in his sights, Rico is preparing to help Team USA defend it’s gold with a never dying commitment to his teammates and country.
