Michigan Woman Gives Birth in ‘Filthy' Jail Cell

A Michigan woman who was jailed for driving with a suspended license says she was denied an ambulance and forced to give birth on the floor of her jail cell when she went into premature labor. After the baby was born a month early, the mother was returned to her jail cell.
