Lil Wayne is selling his nine-bedroom waterfront Miami Beach mansion -- complete with rooftop skate park -- for $18 million.
The rapper's more than 15,000-square-foot La Gorce Island property made headlines in March after Miami Beach police responded to reports of a shooting inside that turned out to be a "swatting" incident.
The 15,101 square foot waterfront home features nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a three-bedroom guest house and a private rooftop skate park.
Real estate records show that a corporation managed by the rapper, whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., bought the home for $11.6 million in 2011.
It is currently listed with One Sotheby's International Realty.
