Inaugural Porta-Potties

Inauguration crowd estimates vary, but there’s at least one number to count on: 5,000 porta-potties will be available on the National Mall on Inauguration Day. The National Park Service says there should be one toilet for every 300 people, which would mean the Mall will be able to accommodate 1.5 million people.
