Missouri Superhero ‘Citizen Saint' Helps Keep Neighborhood Safe

He’s not your average neighborhood watchman. A Missouri man calling himself “Citizen Saint” helps patrol local streets at night, wearing a mask and suit — with a bulletproof vest — that cost more than $2,000. Armed with a stun baton and mace, Citizen Saint says crime hasn’t been an issue. “I will do what I need to do to make sure people are safe,” he said.
