Woman Without Licence Charged in Fatal I-290 Crash

A Chicago woman without a driver’s license faces several charges following a fatal crash that killed four people and injured four others Thursday morning. Officials say a 2003 Silver Ford Explorer traveling at a high rate of speed rolled off Interstate 290 at Addison Road and into a ditch at 6:08 a.m.
