Wisconsin Woman Rescued After Being Held Captive in the Dominican Republic

A Wisconsin woman was able to make a call to the Brown County Dispatch Center while being held captive about 2,000 miles away in the Dominican Republic. She says she had been held against her will since October after traveling there to meet a man she had met online. (WGBA)
