Wisconsin Sheriff IDs Illinois Man Arrested for '97 Death

A 36-year-old Palatine man was identified as the person charged in connection with the death of an Illinois teen whose body was found 17 years ago in a Racine County marsh. Charlie Wojciechowski reports.
