Oil Change Becomes Costly Nightmare for College Student

 A student at Northern Illinois University went through a terrifying ordeal after getting an oil change at a major retailer. He says that his car began smoking, his steering wheel locked up, and his car ground to a halt along a major interstate, and he’s telling his story to NBC 5 Responds’ Lisa Parker.
