Bears' Mitch Trubisky Named to 2019 Pro Bowl to Replace Rams Quarterback

Trubisky is the first Bears quarterback to be named to the Pro Bowl since Jim McMahon in 1986

Chicago Bears quarterback Mitch Trubisky has now been named to the 2019 Pro Bowl, replacing Rams quarterback Jared Goff as his team heads to the Super Bowl.

Trubisky is the first Bears quarterback to be named to the Pro Bowl since Jim McMahon in 1986. He will join at least four teammates slated for the game, including cornerback Kyle Fuller, defensive tackle Akiem Hicks, and safety Eddie Jackson. Running back Tarik Cohen is also heading to the game as a return specialist.

Khalil Mack was also named to the roster but will not participate due to an injury, according to a press release issued by the New York Giants. He was replaced by Giants linebacker Olivier Vernon.

The Pro Bowl will take place on Jan. 27, and will be contested in Orlando.
