The Chicago Bears had to deal with a slightly embarrassing episode after their win Monday night, as Kyle Long inadvertently bared all on a teammate’s livestream.
After the Bears beat the Washington Redskins on Monday night, running back Tarik Cohen treated fans to a livestream from inside the Bears’ locker room, where their traditional “Club Dub” celebration was taking place.
As numerous fans realized however, there was an inadvertent star in the picture: Long, who was standing naked in front of his locker.
After the mistake was realized, Cohen said he apologized to Long via text message, and showed a lot of remorse afterward.
“It wasn’t a comedy thing for me because I felt like it was my fault,” Cohen told reporters, including NBC Sports Chicago. “I wasn’t laughing at all.”
Long did laugh it off, making a pun in the process.
“Embarrassing? Em-bare-ass-ing,” he said in the locker room Wednesday. “It caught me surprise. Had I known that I would be full nude on the internet I probably would have prepared a little bit more.”

Bears head coach Matt Nagy was not happy about the incident however, and expressed his irritation during a press conference Wednesday.
“I think it’s unfortunate that that happened,” he told Sports Illustrated. “Tarik feels bad and is apologetic and embarrassed it happened.”
Nagy reminded reporters that NFL policy bans players from posting to social media until postgame interviews are done, and that the team will be more stringent in its enforcement on that ban. It’s unclear whether Cohen will face any discipline for the incident.
