Car Crashes, Catches Fire on Jane Addams Amid Storms

A car crashed and caught on fire in the eastbound lanes of the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway during Friday morning storms. NBC 5’s Lauren Petty and photographer Rick Stuckey witnessed the crash, called 911 and stopped to make sure the driver was OK.
