Six Flags Great America in Gurnee is offering free entry to its water park for anyone who brings a toy to donate to kids in need for its “Christmas in July” event this week.
The event runs Tuesday and Wednesday with toys set to benefit members of the Boys and Girls Club.
Anyone who brings an unopened, unwrapped toy to the park will receive free entry to its Hurricane Harbor, though admission to the park is still required. The entry also comes with all day acess to the Surf Rider attraction.
Donations will be collected from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Hurricane Harbor entrance.
