Resident Outraged Over Water Bill She Says Exceeded $3,000

After receiving a bill that exceeded Manuela Alonzo’s monthly average, the Addison resident agreed to a payment plan because she fears the village will shut off her water. Alonzo says she contacted officials, including the mayor for help and is still waiting to hear back. NBC 5’s Anayeli Ruiz reports.
