Suspense Hangs Over $1.1M Suburban VFW Lottery Drawing

Suspense is building in suburban McHenry where some people are looking to win big again Tuesday night. Right now, the jackpot for the McHenry VFW Queen of Hearts raffle sits at more than $1.1 million. The VFW post says it hopes to use 20 percent of the money from the raffle to make improvements to its building. The rest goes to the winner. The drawing is held at 8 p.m. every Tuesday until a winner is picked.
