Toni Preckwinkle does not publish her campaign schedule to reporters and had not taken questions in nearly a month, but after a rally at the CTU headquarters titled “Be Fair to Toni,” she answered questions ranging from the controversial firing of her former chief of staff after sex harassment allegations to campaign strategy. She also responded to one TV outlet that asked three times about the Jussie Smollett case, even though Preckwinkle said she was not involved in any way.
