Indiana Police Release Footage in Hopes of Stopping String of Car Thefts

Police in Portage, Indiana hope surveillance video will help catch a thief they say has been breaking in to cars. Police released this video of a possible suspect in a string of break-ins Sunday night into Monday morning. Anyone with information is asked to call Portage police.
