Police are warning Northwest Side Albany Park business owners after four storefronts were targeted in recent burglaries.
The suspect shattered the front glass door or window of four businesses on Kedzie Avenue with a brick or concrete block and then stole property, according to the community alert from Area North detectives.
The burglaries occurred on the same street, but on different days:
– Dec. 31 at about 6 a.m. in the 4500 block of North Kedzie
– Jan. 8 at about 1:30 a.m. in the 4900 block of North Kedzie
– Jan. 11 at about 10:30 p.m. in the 4900 block of North Kedzie
– Jan. 13 at about 5:15 a.m. in the 4700 block of North Kedzie
