Still No Deal For Striking Palatine School Workers

Still no deal for striking school workers in Palatine — but both sides say they are making progress. Educational support staff walked off the job on Monday–including school secretaries, nurses, and program assistants. The two sides met again Wednesday night — and after negotiating for 12 hours, agreed to meet again on Sunday. Schools have been open during the strike.
