Northside Man Charged With Making False Bomb Threat at O'Hare Airport

A Chicago man was charged with Disorderly Conduct-False Bomb Threat after he was identified as the offender who caused a scene Friday, aboard a flight out of O'Hare Airport, officials said.

Michael Bielinski, 28, was boarding a flight at approximately 5:20 p.m. when authorities said he made statements that could endanger the aircraft and its passengers. The aircraft returned to the gate and Bielinski was removed from the plane.

According to the Chicago Police Department, Bielinski is charged with one felony count of Disorderly Conduct-False Bomb Threat and is said to appear in Central Bond Court Sunday.
