Negative Ads to Blame for Low Turnout Predictions: Axelrod

David Axelrod, senior campaign analyst for President Barack Obama, talked to NBC’s Chuck Todd about Election Day in Illinois. Axelrod, who voted about an hour-and-a-half after polls opened, predicted a low turnout because of negative ads from Mitt Romney’s camp.
