Mexican Independence Day Parade Underway in Little Village

The 49th annual Mexican Independence Day parade is set to kick off at noon Sunday. Thousands of people are expected to particpate and celebrate the culture in Little Village. NBC 5’s Lisa Chavarria has the preview.
