Markham's Mayor-Elect Convicted of Mail Fraud

No one tried to knock Roger Agpawa off the ballot even though it was no secret he had a conviction for mail fraud. As he sees it — he’s redeemed himself and looks to be sworn in as Markham’s mayor in a few weeks.
