Pilsen Photographer Shares Photos of Neighborhood

A former student spent many of his days in the 1990’s taking pictures of the PIlsen community. Now, more than 20 years later, he’s back from thousands of miles away to share those photos. NBC 5’s Anayeli Ruiz has his story.
