Safe Play Area Opens Near One of Chicago's Most Violent Neighborhoods

A new safe-play space called “Hello Baby” has opened near one of the most violent neighborhoods in the city. It is the vision of a long-time foster mother trying to make a difference for underserved infants and their parents.
