Life Experience Empowers Youth On Stage

An original opera about Chicago’s South Side with a story line inspired by students who live there is coming o fruition. It’s called “Empower Youth” and it will be on the stage of Lyric Opera, thanks to a partnership with the Chicago Urban League. NBC 5’s LeeAnn Trotter has the details.
