Julian Castro referred to Chicago on Wednesday night’s Democratic debate by mentioning Laquan McDonald. When the topic turned to police reform, he asked about those killed by police, “What about Eric Garner, Tamir Rice, Laquan McDonald, Sandra Bland, Pamela Turner, and Antonio Arce?”
