Judge Puts Terror Suspect on Electronic Monitoring

Despite a plea from prosecutors to keep him in custody, Judge Daniel Martin on Thursday released Abdella Tounisi to his parents and then immediately stayed his own order to allow prosecutors a chance to appeal. Phil Rogers reports.
