Chicago Police Supt. Surprises 6th Grade Teacher on Retirement Day

Chicago’s top cop went back to school, but not to learn–to surprise one of his favorite teachers. Supt. Eddie Johnson surprised his sixth-grade teacher Sue Aylmer who’s retiring after 38 years. She said seeing him become the head of the second largest police department in the country was one of her proudest moments.
