Captured fugitive Joseph Jakubowski says he had no plans of doing any harm to anyone. The Wisconsin man, accused of stealing an arsenal of firearms and sending an anti-government manifesto to the White House, said Friday that he went on the run for a simple reason. WTMJ reports.
