Family Files Suit After CPD Squad Car Injures Woman

The family of a 34-year-old woman filed a lawsuit Tuesday claiming that a Chicago police officer recklessly turned his police car and ran the victim over, causing her to suffer a traumatic brain injury. NBC 5’s Patrick Fazio reports.
