CPS Passes Budget Amid Boycott, Protest

Hundreds of CPS students skipped class Wednesday to protest school closures and a budget vote. And while school officials said keeping kids out of class harm’s their education, others said they were getting a real-life civics lesson. Christian Farr reports.
