Cook County Program Helps Rehabilitate Neighborhoods and Inmates

The Cook County Sheriff’s Neighborhood Restoration Initiative is Making A Difference by improving neighborhoods by knocking down blighted buildings in suburban Cook County. They also teach non-violent offenders new skills that can help them find employment after being released. NBC 5’s Marion Brooks reports.
