Chicago Teacher Goes the Extra Mile for Students

As a message of hope, a third grade teacher in Chicago decided to ride his bicycle to students' homes

NBCUniversal, Inc.

Chicago Teacher Benji Kasper visited his third grade students by bike as they held out signs that to form a positive message.

Benje Casper has been teaching his students at Bernard Zell Anshe Emet Day School remotely, and he missed seeing them in person everyday.

So Casper, an avid cyclist, jumped on his bike and rode to his students' homes to visit from a safe distance.

But that's not all. They hatched a plan to spread hope to their community.

Watch how they did it in the player above.
