“Chicago Belongs to Families,” Emanuel Says After Violent Night

Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel addressed a shaken city nearly 19 hours after a mass shooting at a park in the Back of the Yards neighborhood. He said the families of Chicago should not have to live in fear at parks and playgrounds and on their front stoops.
