Chicagoans Desperate For News From Family in Mexico

Some Chicago families are having a hard time getting in touch with their loved ones in Mexico because cell service is down. That was the case for a few customers at Mi Tierra restaurant–who spent hours waiting for a text message. Chris Hush reports.
