With Cubs fans hyped in Chicago, local businesses are trying to cater to sense of enthusiasm by offering special deals themed around the Cubbies. Here are just a few.
The Chop Shop in Wicker Park is offering a classic Chicago combination in honor of the Cubs this season. For just $5, patrons can indulge in a Vienna Beef hot dog and an Old Style tallboy.

Goddess and Grocer, 1649 N Damen Ave, Blue and red baseball layer cake, a and Rizzo sandwiches, A dollar from each sandwich sale goes to the Anthony Rizzo Foundation.
The Tremont Hotel is offering a Cubs baseball package at 20 percent off.

Fantasy Nails, 1743 W. North Ave., Cubs inspired nail art for the same price as a regular manicure.
“We’ll project games on the rooftop patio,” says owner Mario Minelli.
At Goddess and Grocer locations, fans can get their hands on a blue and red layer cake or a Rizzo sandwich. A dollar from each sale will go to the Anthony Rizzo Foundation. There’s also a Jake sandwich.
“Which is super hearlth, like Jake Arnette is,” said Phyllis Petrilli of Goddess and Grocer.

Snacks and beers abound at Mariano’s grocery stores, like exclusive Ballpark Crunch, a caramel mixture with peanuts, or $2 Bud and Bud Lights.
Even Chicago Fire stars, like David Eigenberg, are excited about the deals at Marianos.
“They’re the best team the Cubs have put together,” he said, pushing a cart in the store with his kids. “Go Cubs!”
