Chance the Rapper's Organization Helps Homeless Amid Freezing Temps

In an effort to help homeless people in Chicago and across the area just as the coldest stretch of winter approaches, Chance the Rapper’s organization SocialWorks helped sponsor Sunday’s event known as ‘Taste for the Homeless.’ NBC 5’s Christian Farr has the details.
