Back to School Celebration Marches On, Teacher Strike Looms

As talks between Chicago Public Schools and the Chicago Teachers Union continue in order to avoid a strike on Sept. 10, Black Star Project held its annual back to school celebration, Million Father March. NBC 5 Sharon Wright reports attendees are processing the possibility of a strike.
