Art Memorial to Honor Chicago Police Torture Victims

A powerful art exhibit will honor victims of torture at the hands of a former Chicago Police Commander Jon Burge who was accused of nearly two decades of torture and in 2010, was convicted of lying to federal authorities. NBC 5’s LeeAnn Trotter has the details.
